What is on the list

Before work

  • Four corners of the kitchen plus adjacent flooring
  • Existing damage, stains, and appliance marks
  • Services as found (valves, sockets, waste)
  • Access route into the dwelling

During install

  • Walls and floor after strip-out
  • Services before they are enclosed
  • Carcass layout before doors
  • Worktop template or measure with a tape in frame

Handover

  • Each finished elevation from a consistent standpoint
  • Appliance serial labels
  • Seals, joints, and junctions close-up
  • Clean site and any remaining snags
