By accessing or using RenovateForce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RenovateForce is a project management platform designed for kitchen installation and renovation companies. The Service includes project tracking, team management, documentation, and conformity checklists.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not share your account credentials with third parties
  • Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RenovateForce and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenovateForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RenovateForce and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
